What wax do you use?
Each product page lists the confirmed wax formulation. Different formats might use different blends.
Where are the candles made?
Every Bagekar candle is poured and finished in our small-batch studio in Mumbai.
How long does a candle burn?
Burn time depends on size, wax, wick, fragrance, and use. Each product page shows an approximate tested range.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Eligible products include gift-ready packaging and an optional personal note.
Do you hide the price in gift orders?
Gift orders do not include a price inside the parcel.
Do you make personalised candles?
Yes. The Custom Studio lets you choose the vessel, fragrance, finish, and label.
How long does personalisation take?
The confirmed production period appears before payment.
Do you accept wedding and corporate orders?
Yes. Share the quantity, budget, date, locations, and personalisation details through the gifting enquiry form.
Do you deliver across India?
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India.
How do I track an order?
Use the tracking link sent after dispatch or enter the order number on the Track Order page.
What should I do on the first burn?
Trim the wick, place the candle on a safe surface, and allow the top layer to melt evenly without exceeding the stated maximum burn time.
Are your vessels reusable?
Many vessels are designed for reuse. Cleaning instructions differ by material and appear on the care card.
